BAHAWALPUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Bahalwapur Industrial Estate is being developed over 483 acres in Mouza Dera Masti right over National Highway (N-5) about 12 km from center of Bahawalpur City and around 40km from Jhangra Toll Plaza Motorway-M5. The strategic location of Bahawalpur Industrial Estate, near major transportation routes, facilitates easy logistics and connectivity. Development works, including electricity and gas are ongoing and would be completed by December 2024. However, sale of plots would commence in April 2024. 48 plots of 0.5 acres and 275 plots of 1.0 acres’ size would be available for sale.
