2. Sundar Industrial Estate is a state of the art project of PIE which has been successfully completed, where most modern infrastructure has been provided to the industrialists
3. A limited number of industrial plots are available and are now being offered for sale to desirous industrialists on first-come first-served basis. The plot sizes are enumerated below:
4.The prices of the above mentioned plots have been reduced recently by the Board of Directors of PIE in order to facilitate genuine industrialists.The price structure is as follows:
- Plots located on 200 ft road (Main Boulevard) Rs. 10 Million/Acre
- Plots located on 120 ft road Rs. 9 Million/Acre
- Plots located on 80 ft road Rs. 8 Million/Acre
Note: - 10% additional will be charged for corner plot.All the plots are fully developed and ready for construction. Application form can be downloaded from PIE's website (www.pie.com.pk ) or collected from PIE's Head Office located at 1st Floor, Silk Bank Building, 14-Egerton Road, Lahore, during working hours between 9 AM to 3 PM.
The Application Form contains all terms and conditions of plot allotment.
PROCEDURE FOR ALLOTMENT:
- Applicants desirous of allotment of industrial plots will approach Marketing Branch at PIE Head Office during working hours along with completed application form.
- Marketing staff will provide list of available plots along-with their sizes, layout and indicate price of each plot
- The application form will be accompanied by 50% advance payment in the form of cross cheque/pay order in favor of PIE.
- A waiting list of the desirous applicants will be maintained by PIE and allotment made
- On allocation of industrial plots, PIE Head Office Marketing Branch will issue an offer letter to the applicant asking him/her to clear balance payment within a period of 15 days.
- All relevant documentation will be completed after receipt of final payment.
- Applicants interested in plots larger than 3 acres can be accommodated by PIE in the expansion plan of Sundar within the existing perimeter of the industrial estate.
