Based on Public-Private partnership the company's mandate is to achieve orderly, planned and balanced industrialization through a network of modern and innovative industrial estates providing one-window facilities to entrepreneurs.

2. Sundar Industrial Estate is a state of the art project of PIE which has been successfully completed, where most modern infrastructure has been provided to the industrialists
