Although as a result of initial balloting 100% plots have been allotted yet there are a number of plots surrendered for cancellation. A waiting list is maintained at PIE head office and interested clients can apply to enter the queue after paying 50% charges.

How to get the map/drawings approved?
After obtaining the Bye Laws from PIEDMC @ Rs. 1000.00, drawings/construction plans are submitted with Customer Services Department at SIE and approved by Building Control Division. Scrutiny fee for construction plans approval is charged @ Rs.6 per acre.
What are O&M charges?
O&M is Operations & Maintenance charges that are charged @ Rs.4,000.00 per acre per month.
How to apply for Environment Approval?
Apply through a request to PIEDMC or EPA directly
How to get Gas connection?
Submit a application form with Rs. 10,000.00 for industrial or Rs.1,000 for commercial connection in favor of SNGPL.
