- Submit PIEDMC ’s Building Bylaws book, each page Signed and Stamped by Owner & Architect.
- Letter of nature of business as per application form.
Map scrutiny charges are as follow:
- First & revised plan Rs. 6/S ft. of covered area
- Revised plan Rs. 4/S ft. of covered area
- Addition & Alteration Rs. 6/S ft. of covered area
