INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICITY CONNECTION
- Request letter for industrial connection, on company letter head.
- Submission of Industrial Electricity form.
- NIC Copies of Owner & Witness.
- Copy of application submitted to obtain Environment Approval from EPD.
- Collection of Demand Note from PIEDMC office.
- Payment of Electric Demand Note through pay order.
- Electrical Inspection Report from Electrical Inspector office – Govt. of Punjab.
- All dues should be cleared
- Site verification by Building Department.
- Connected load verification by electrical Department.
- Energization of connection.
